SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Our preferred option is PICK UP. This not only saves you money and shipping time but ensures your goods are exactly what you ordered before you go home and while we're together we can assist in preparing and adjusting your goods to ensure they are ready for use.

We allow for out of hours pick ups too. Just call us to arrange a time.

 

Our preferred shipping partners are Australia Post and Startrack Express. We ship several times a week. Exceptions include holidays and weekends. All orders are shipped in the order in which they are received. While we generally expect any given order to be shipped out within 24 hours of fulfillment, there are cases where additional fulfillment time may be required. This would include but is not limited to: back-orders, custom or special orders, out of stock products.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Returns or refunds will only be accepted on defective goods in accordance with manufacturer policy. Dive2U should be contacted immediately upon receipt or identification of defective goods. Goods are required to be returned unused, unopened and kept in the original packaging with literature where a replacement(s) will be supplied free of charge.

Exchanges are available for incorrect sizing or packing (e.g.wrong colour) provided product remains unused, unopened and in its original packaging accompanied by invoice.
