TERMS & CONDITIONS

MEDICAL

 

All students enrolling into a course must complete a medical form prior to course commencement (contact Dive 2U for a copy in advance if you wish). Any medical issues derived from the medical must be referred to either a GP or Dive Doctor for clearance. No exceptions.

CONTACT INFORMATION

All customers are to provide current contactable information in full. Dive2U is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of any personal information received from you. We strictly adhere to the requirements of the data protection legislation in Australia. 

CANCELLATIONS

 

Minimum 20% fee for all cancellations by the customer. If cancellation by customer occurs inside 7 days of service commencement 50% deposit will be retained. Any rebooking due to request by the customer will be at the discretion of Dive 2U and will incur a $100 fee. Dive 2U reserves the right to cancel any course or safari due to extenuating circumstances and services will be rebooked or refunded at the discretion of Dive2U . Any associated 3rd party costs for services or equipment acquired as per customers request will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Dive2U currently accepts the following payment method however this may change at any time and without notice:

DEPOSITS

 

Minimum 50% deposit is required upfront for any services unless stated otherwise in the service listing. Remainder of payments need to finalised within 14 days or booking or 7 days prior to date of service, whichever is the closest to date of purchase.

MINIMUM AGE

 

For dive courses is 10 years of age. For safaris is 18 yrs of age unless accompanied by a paying adult or legal guardian.

EQUIPMENT

 

Guests or students providing their own equipment during any activities does so at their own risk. Dive2U are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of personal belongings.

There are no discounts if personal gear is provided during activities unless agreed upon prior to booking.

REFUNDS

 

Are not issued if a course or safari is missed due to customer actions (e.g sleeping in, missing the date). Are not issued if performance criteria for dive courses can not be met at the discretion of the instructor. Are not issued due to withdrawal of student(s). Are not issued if rescheduling at the discretion of Dive2U is available. Are not issued if customer changes their mind. Are not issued if products are used or damaged in any way and not in their original packaging accompanied by invoice. Please note: Postage and insurance are not refundable and, if you are returning goods, you are required to make your own arrangements for return shipping of the goods to our office. TRANSFERS

 

We aim to provide a door to door service for private bookings where possible however transfers are based on Melbourne metro area. Locations that require substantial travel may attract additional fees to cover extra travel costs.

WEATHER

 

Dive2U can not control the weather. Should weather become unsafe, service may be rescheduled by Dive2U with no rebooking fee charged to customer.

DAMAGE & LOSS

 

Costs incurred to repair damage or replaced items of any Dive2U or 3rd party property will be charged to the customer. Dive2U is not responsible for any damage incurred to your person or personal belongings.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS

 

Zero tolerance policy during courses or activities.
